Pretty cool. The battle music is awesome; but that is a *lot* of random encounters! :]

That's a damn lot of work for a C64 game. Getting all the menus and attacks animated must have been hell.

Also, here's a JSRF-inspired game that's being scored by the original JSR/JSRF composer. Do want.

Tempted to get this, because giant monsters are a thing of beauty, but I've never been a huge fan of the franchise's formula. Maybe this time I'll get into it?

My copy showed up Friday, but I'm starved for time to play games right now (Ludum Dare coming up, plus an upcoming pitch I'm working on). I've put a stupid amount of hours into the series (hundreds of hours each over the 2 3DS games and Monster Hunter World on PS4+PC), but I feel like I'm going to miss my chance to play with friends this time around.

Very Quake 3 inspired, which is just fine by me.

Really looking forward to this one. It uses a classic water effect that was popular (in the demo scene) back in the late nineties. The water effect was resource intensive back then but it seems that the technique can finally be used in game.

Lotta nice, clean effects on that one. And yeah, for such a visually appealing effect, few games bothered to take advantage of it.

BadMrBox brought this one up:

And Sonrisu noticed this:

Sadly I typed this up a few days ago, but guess I didn't hit the submit button /me facepalms.
