Your IRL Workspace

Post by Gered »

So, on Discord today, 0xDB shared some photos of his really super duper cozy and comfy looking attic workspace at his home. And it got me thinking that some of y'all might also have interesting home workspaces where magic and things happen. :D

Anyway! For myself, I found a crappy, blurry photo from 11 years ago on my phone, showing my computer desk about one year after I moved into my current apartment. It is pretty lame.

That very same corner of my home looks like this now in 2021:

Wish I had more photos of even older setups, but back then I did not tend to take photos ever. Bah.

Yeah, 0xDB's setup is looking really comfy. And I love how you've got a good spread of retro equipment close at hand. Most of mine is either in the closet, or on display in the dining room (which is now my work 'office').

Ain't really much to show. I might possibly be a /m/ fan, tho. I think my living room is more interesting at this point. Maybe I'll snap a pic of it tomorrow, along with the work office.

Love the simplicity! And what looks like the cat's special place of honour? :)

Yeah, I keep a spot for her in both of my "offices" lol. Here's the other one, which has more work space.
