Went with my first role
My read is something with moon festival partiers vs flamethrower sun henchman.
Still shaping up my design, active battle between enthusiasm and time constraints. There will be some amount of battling, exploring, and nonsense. Core loop that I'm going for is vaguely JRPG with a dance-based conflict resolution system. My current plan is to mix a bit of Into the Breach - style future-vision & tactical movement with dance patterns for more powerful moves.
I'm prioritizing the battle system since it's the thing I've never done before and would feel the most complete if it's all I get done for the entry.
