Once we get most of our brethren reassembled, I'd like to restart the Design Challenges. I've learned from my mistakes, and will be keeping the scope of the challenges narrow, such that you should be able to squeeze out an entry in no more than a day, and will be trying for weird stuff to push our brains out of their envelopes. Things like making an RTS in a 16x16 pixel area, or a one-screen shooter set inside a triangle, or a one-room text adventure where your only verb is "blend". Weird is good. We're gonna get really weird.
We also have our old 31 logos in rotation, but I'd like to come up with some fresh ones. So we'll be hosting a Logo Rally as well. Logos will also be credited to their creator, and I'll try to work this into the old logos as well.
Some other ideas that were partially implemented, or discussed but not really tried, such as "Fellowship of the Traveling Keyboard" are gonna get their turn. We might even do some musical challenges as well.
