JAM IT IN '24 - October 4x4x4 Compo and Live Jam

The second annual 4x Live Jam is on the way
When: October 18-20 (Friday-Sunday), October 25-27 (Friday-Sunday)
Where: Orlando, FL

Once again we will be live-streaming part of the month-long 4x game jam. We're going to spend two long weekends jamming out 4x entries, and have cams and live screen feeds set up for those who want to follow along in other locales/countries. The final schedule and broadcast times (along with events) will be posted to the new 4x site shortly. You can also get it at the Twitch stream link.
Current schedule:
October 18 (Friday, Day 1) - Starting at ~3 PM EST.
October 19 (Saturday, Day 2) - All day.
October 20 (Sunday, Day 3) - Ends ~ 6 PM EST.
October 25 (Friday, Day 4) - Starting at ~noon EST.
October 26 (Saturday, Day 5) - All day.
October 27 (Sunday, Day 6) - Compo Ends ~ 6 PM EST.
October 27 (Sunday, Day 6) - Compo Wrap-up and Demos ~ 6-7 PM EST.
And let's not forget that you too can jam out all month long making something Halloween-themed.
Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to use the emoji generator to make a micro-game based off of 4 randomly generated emoji.
RULES
1. GO HERE.
SELECT "Halloween 4x4x4" from the dropdown
Generate 4 emoji until something makes sense. The goal is to get weird so don't just sit there and reroll until you can make Mario.
2. Make a mini/micro-game using the 4 emoji as your theme.
3. All targets are allowed. All libraries/engines are allowed. Get out there and get shit done.
4. Reusing code and assets is highly encouraged. Build on your successes and make your life easier.
5. Challenge starts October 01, and ends at the end of the month (October 31st is final day).
EXAMPLE:
With this, I might make a game where people compete within a high-rise to swap apartments as fast as possible, or maybe have two moving services competing to move furniture between apartments within a time window.
