I'm revisiting gamepad support, for the Nth time since moving to Raylib. I've got a pair of PS5 controllers hooked in via USB, and so far I'm seeing pretty generous feature support. The big misses are controller haptics, and the speaker itself. Apparently GLFW hasn't rolled haptics into the library yet. Windows picks up on the speaker, but refuses to output audio through it (perhaps the audio format is unusual/proprietary?) It's nice to see that PS5 controllers work natively with Win10, and don't require any idiotic custom software, as the PS4 controller did.

Either way, I remain nonplussed. Cool features just beyond the edge of popular support will always be just that. Anyway, a good holiday time was had by all, and I'm simultaneously distressed and pleased to see it go. The Christmas paradox is that it's such a stressful time for adults, that you can't really enjoy it. So you're glad the moment has passed, yet ultimately disappointed that you never quite got to enjoy it thoroughly.

Unless, of course, you party like a mofo and don't have a job or responsibilities to worry about. I'm not quite there yet. One day.
